About Me

An experiment in improving health and fitness through minimalist philosophy
There is a current uprising of individuals who are seeking simpler lives. In a cultural climate of excess and ever-increasing consumerism, our health is being sacrificed because our environment is bombarding us with stress to over-produce at our jobs, overeat, and over-spend on gadgets and objects that create barriers between living a more meaningful, compassionate and environmentally-conscious lifestyle.

This blog will chronicle my own personal journey to see what a bodyweight-only exercise regimen in conjunction with a minimalist lifestyle will have on my overall health and fitness. I want to prove that we are enough to be strong, fit and healthy without unnecessary fitness gadgets, expensive gym memberships and quick-fix solutions.
