Just getting the Highland Games season off to a good start. Placed 4th overall in the C-Class at Woodland. Started up this training blog to keep track of my progress and write down some ideas/observations as i train.

comments: light day today. starting up PTP cycle this week along with conditioning 2-3x/week and throwing-specific drills every day, if possible. Hard to work in throwing in the middle of a metropolitan city.
