Braemar and South-African style throws ~20 (stone weight approx. 15 pounds)
Kettlebell Weight for Distance (both sides) ~20 throws (single cast....still working on double spin)
Kettlebell Weight for Height (both sides) ~20 throws
*All throws done with 36# KB
10x40m sprints (45-60sec. rests)
3sets of 20reps Hanging Leg Raises (straight and oblique)
comments: need a lot of work on the shot technique, not feeling powerful yet on my feet....maybe i should take ballet? Weight for distance is getting a bit better.
